At Global Insight Review we are constantly updating our understanding of international diplomacy and economics and strive to be on the cutting edge of research in these broad topic areas. Book Reviews and Reflections give an opportunity to dissect leading scholar’s work, providing an oppurintiuty to go in depth on topic specific areas of the international relations.
Book reviews allow an accessible summary of new books, with a general summary of the main points, insight from the author through their other published work and context of the writing. These books will have been published int he past five years and shine light on a rapidly developing area of the feild. Additionally, I will provide points of criticism or clarification based off of my own research and understanding of the topic with the greater context of other scholars in the field. All books will be given a rating out of five, based off of:
- Readability- how easily the information can be obtained, with minimal baseline background in the topic area.
- Insight: how indepth to the understanding of the topic area goes in breaking down often
